We assure the Highest Standards of cleanliness & sanitisation

When you choose to stay with us, we welcome you with a firm commitment that your health, safety, and wellbeing are our utmost priority.

In response to current circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented a variety of new protocols and elevated practices, keeping with our high standards of cleanliness and luxury service.

Allow us to introduce you to some of the measures we have implemented and what to expect at our hotel regarding changes to amenities, services, and facilities.

What to Expect Upon Your Arrival?

These will be the requirements upon your arrival at our properties

- At check-in we will take your temperature, as well as in the consumption centers within the hotels

- We will request you to use your face mask and hand sanitizer in all common areas.

Hand sanitizer

We place touchless hand sanitizer dispensers at different contact points within the property, such as the main lobby, staff and suppliers entrance, pool area, restaurants and bars, Clubs, Spas, gyms, and Convention Centers.

Protection Kit for Guests

Guests are provided with a personal protection kit available upon request (gloves, hand sanitizer, wet wipes, and a face mask).

Staff Members

Our staff members wear face masks and transparent masks in areas of direct and indirect contact with guests. All staff members have received specific training on COVID-19 protocols, particularly for teams with frequent guest contact, including Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Lifeguard Operations, Hotel Operations, and Security.

Physical Distancing

We notify our guests and staff of the physical distancing measures; the first and most important recommendation is to keep at least 6ft. (2 m) away from another group of people.

Enhanced Cleaning Protocols & Housekeeping Service

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): All hosts are wearing face masks and gloves based on their job activities and areas and the guidelines of the authorities. Guests are required to wear face masks in all public areas of the hotel. Gloves might be required in the areas such as the gym.

- Minibar items are removed and are available only upon request. Collaterals such as magazines and books have been removed from the rooms and public areas.

- Remote controls, coffee machines & kettles are sanitized for your safety. Contactless coffee & tea delivery is available through our Butler Service. Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before your arrival.

- Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily

Rooms and Public Spaces

The frequency of cleaning and disinfection has been enhanced, including consistently cleaning high traffic areas including restrooms and elevators. Furthermore, hand sanitizer stations are provided throughout the resort, as well as a temperature check at every hotel entrance.

Dining Services

Digital menus are available in all restaurants. A physical menu can be used upon request. In addition, we encourage you to use contactless payments methods. Food delivery will be available to our rooms and suites through our in-room dining service. A contactless delivery to your room is possible upon request.
